For Alberto, pizza was never just about dough and cheese—it was about fire, family, and the perfect crunch.
After years of perfecting his craft, Alberto decided to bring his culinary vision directly to the streets. He parked his bold, black-and-orange food truck at 30005 S Dixie Hwy, Hacienda Homestead FL, 33033, and the neighborhood hasn't been the same since. Under the blazing Florida sun, the truck stands as a beacon for hungry souls, featuring a massive, fiery wrap that promises exactly what it delivers: "La Pizza en Persona" (Pizza in the Flesh).
Every day, the smell of bubbling mozzarella, savory chorizo, and freshly baked crust wafts through the Homestead air. Passersby can't help but stop when they see Alberto himself through the window, meticulously crafting each pie, or look at the giant graphic of a perfectly folded, crispy pizza slice that makes your mouth water just by looking at it. Whether locals are stopping by for a quick lunch on the picnic tables or ordering via Slice for a late-night craving, Alberto treats every single order like a masterpiece.
